Lemongrass pork skewers with cucumber, kim chee, fish cake, and tofu


I bought a bottle of lemongrass marinade from a store in Honolulu called Chef Zone.  I tried it with some chicken thighs and it was delicious.  So I decided to try it out with some pork shoulder as well. I sliced the pork shoulder into strips and marinated it overnight.  Then I skewered them onto some bamboo sticks and air fried them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, flipping over half way through.  I served it with some kim chee, fish cake, cucumbers, and tofu. Yum!
