Bahn Mi Style Sandwich

 

I was craving bahn mi sandwich and saw that Foodland sold the pickled vegetables made by Bale.  I decided to try to make my own version.  This turned out really good.  Here's how I made my version.

Ingredients:

• Foodland Salmon dip
• French bread
• Fried tofu, sliced
  
• Vietnamese pickled vegetables
• Random vegetables
• cilantro
  

Instructions:

1. Cut a piece of bread the size of the sandwich you'd like to eat.
2. Toast the bread.
3. Spread salmon dip on bread.
4. Add tofu.
   
5. Add pickled vegetables.
6. Add random vegetables.
7. Add cilanto.
8. Enjoy!

Cucumber Sandwiches

My buddy made these cucumber sandwiches and I decided to film her making them.  I don't have the recipe. But the ingredients include mayonnaise, cream cheese, salt, pepper, dill, and garlic powder, bread, and cucumbers. Basically, you slice the cucumbers up, slice the crusts off the bread, and cream the rest of the ingredients to be the glue to the sandwich.  Delicious!
