I've been wanting to try making focaccia bread art for a while. I found a recipe online and gave it a shot. I used a recipe from Rasa Malaysia. I made it several times and found that letting it rise a bit longer produced softer, fluffier bread. This may be due to different temperatures in my home versus others. Thank you, Rasa Malaysia. For their original recipe, visit their website.
